Outstretched Hands of Romania - Missionaries to Romania
The Hayes Family
In 2001, World Harvest Community Church (WHCC) sent out one of our pastors -- Pastor Brad Hayes -- and his family to begin a work that God began in Romania. This serves as one of the main active objectives of WHCC -- to be a missions focused church. WHCC provides continued financial support to this ministry, as well as hands on efforts. WHCC sends teams to Romania on missions trips to assist in the ministry in various ways.
Outstretched Hands (OH) of Romania is a ministry with the focus of "Raising an Army of Children and Poor to Bring the Gospel to the Unreached Parts of Romania". OH completes this vision by partnering with local leaders and pastors to provide humanitarian relief as well as evangelistic tools. The following programs are instituted to provide to the people in physical and spiritual ways:
- Healthy Hearts - Giving to the poor finances, food, clothing, etc.
- Words for Life - Provides resources including Bibles and other teaching materials

Hartreach Ministries - Missionary to Africa
Inez Hart
Inez Hart has a vision to open a Christian residential facility, called A HOPE AND A FUTURE MINISTRY CENTER, to house, care for, and train women and children in the ways of God and also provide them with skills for living. Inez anticipates working with business people in the community to provide instruction in catering, hairdressing, tailoring, etc., equipping these women to begin a new life in Christ and society. After training, they could be connected to various businesses and industries that would provide job opportunities for them and their families. Another goal is to involve them in ministry so that they can reach others for Christ.

Heart-Fire Ministries - Missionaries to Milwaukee
The Jablonski Family
Heart-Fire Ministries was established in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1981 with the vision to reach the lost for Jesus Christ through street evangelism and outreach. Founded by Ray and Alice Jablonski, the ministry has grown over the past 25 years, making it an impacting and personal resource for the city. Heart-Fire Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit, national street evangelistic outreach. Since it's inception, Heart-Fire has worked in conjunction with local Christ centered churches, assisting in follow up on individuals searching for fellowship, Bible teaching and discipleship in a local church. Milwaukee is a hardened city. With taverns on just about every corner in the inner city, high crime rates, and high levels of poverty throughout the city, much ministry is needed to care for and look after the well-being of our community.
Through radical methods of one-on-one evangelism and the building of relationships, the city is changing. What lies ahead only God knows, but we are to fulfill as much of His commission as possible.
